Insurance Coverage:
Many extended health benefit plans in Ontario cover psychotherapy or counselling services provided by a Registered Social Worker (RSW).
Please check with your insurance provider regarding your coverage.
For eligible plans, receipts can be submitted for reimbursement.
Payment:
Payment is due at the time of the session, by e-transfer or in person.
You will receive an official receipt with my name, credentials, and registration number to submit for insurance reimbursement (if applicable).
Fees:
Individual Therapy — Online :$120 CAD per session
In-person: (Mississauga & Downtown Toronto): $170 CAD per hour
Sliding Scale — A limited number of reduced-fee spots are available.
Group Therapy — To be determined (varies by group type and length)
Social Services / Consultation — $25 CAD per 30 minutes
External Workshops for Organizations — depending on the organization’s size, needs, and funding
